Ash Year 6

Welcome to Ash Class! 

In Year 6 we have enjoyed all of our topics so far – from dissecting pig’s hearts to experiencing life as a Polar Explorer. Within these topics, we also read some fantastic texts including Pig Heart Boy, Holes and Call of the Wild. Our favourite moment of the year so far was when we performed Romeo and Juliet at the Shaw Theatre (as you can see in the picture below). We are really looking forward to our final two terms at Barlby where will get to experience School Journey, kayaking and the End of Year School Production – which is top secret at the moment!
